Do you have the urge for adventure, but no-one to do it with?
Nearly a third of travellers on our trips are travelling solo, which is why travelling as part of our small group tours really has its perks.
Travelling solo as a senior can be both exciting and nerve-wracking. But it doesn’t have to mean travelling alone. You can join like minded travellers on our small group fully escorted tours. Share your experiences with other adventure-lovers and enjoy the benefits of travelling in a small group.
- We’ve got expert tour guides on every trip to show you around, so you’ll never be left on your own. Your safety and security is paramount to us.
- You’ll be with a nice group of fellow travellers who are itching to explore (just like you).
- Single female travellers needn’t have concerns as we are always in a group.
A single room does unfortunately incur a single supplement. These rooms will either have one double bed for single use or a single bed.
You’ll find a mix of solos, couples and groups of friends travelling together on tour. And it’s unlikely you’ll be the only solo traveller. Some destinations attract more solos than others. If you want to know how many solos are booked on your tour, just give us a call.
Lots of over 50s solo travellers join our trips, so you won’t feel out of place at all. As long as you feel young at heart, have an open mind and a thirst for new travel experiences, you’ll have a fabulous time on holiday with us.
Our tours include a mix of organised excursions and sightseeing with expert local guides. We always factor in some time to allow you to relax and there are evenings spent at your leisure mixed in with nights we spend as a group. Our comprehensive itineraries outline everything in detail so you’ll be able to see the level of involvement in each tour.
In the unlikely event you’re the only solo traveller on the tour, you’ll find the rest of the group friendly and eager to include you. Solo travellers can often look forward to making life-long friends on group tours with us.
